US-China trade truce gains breathing room as BIS extends 50% Affiliates Rule suspension into 2027

The US Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has extended the suspension of its 50% Affiliates Rule until January 10, 2027, from the previous November 9, 2026 deadline.
